Payment
The easiest way to pay for your order is to use the Paypal facility for all orders.
For buyers within the UK I can also accept payment by cheque or postal order. If you prefer to pay in this way then please contact me at topsyrae@hotmail.com
If paying by cheque then please allow 7-10 days for your cheque to clear before dispatch.
All items will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Postage costs and insurance
UK orders:
All orders under £30.00 are sent by First Class Recorded mail for a standard charge of £2.50
Orders above £30.00 are sent by Special Delivery for a standard charge of £5.00
International orders:

Customer satisfaction
All items are checked before they are sent out. Please email me within 7 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your purchase and I will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund. The original postage charge is however non-refundable. The item must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, packaged securely and sent via insured post, otherwise it will not be accepted.
